WORRY-FREE RETURNS

We thrive on delivering the best products at the most competitve prices. Nevertheless, if not satisfied with any package you have received, please follow the following procedures for a hassle-free return:

  • All returns should take place within 30 days after receipt of the products
  • No partial returns and should be in original packaging
  • Return the entire order to us through the carrier of your choice
  • The $3.95 handling fee charged for orders below our threshold of $35.00 is not refundable
  • Your account will be credited upon receipt and examination of the package, a restocking fee of $5.00 will apply to all returns


CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Carriers have a $16.00 per package fee to Intercept/Recall orders already in transit plus uOfficeSupply charges a $5.00 restocking fee. To avoid these fees, all cancellations must be received before 2:00 PM EST by contacting the Ecare Customer Service or Online CHAT in the website. Please note, we are not able to recall and cancel orders in transit shipped through USPS and it is your responsibility to return the package through the carrier of your choice after you receive the packages. Your account will be credited as a return and all applicable fees will apply accordingly.


ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:

Since most of our orders are shipped the same day, the time is of the essence in case of any address correction. To avoid the fees please contact Ecare Customer Service before 2:00 Pm on the day order was placed. In case of all orders in transit, the carriers intercept fee will apply for all changes to the physical address. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS NO DELIVERY TO PO/APO BOXES.  All orders placed with PO/APO Box addresses will be charged the intercept/address correction fee by the carriers
