Information For Shipping And Delivery
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Since there is no shipping on weekends or holidays, please expect Monday shipment for all orders received on Friday after 3:00 PM. Please note, while all timely placed order are shipped the same day the carriers transit time starts the following business day delaying your ability to track the order until the next day after it was shipped. Also, your order may be shipped from the next closest warehouse based on the availability of products. The change of the fulfillment warehouse may alter the estimated arrival time for your order. For extremely time-sensitive deliveries please contact our customer service department through Live Chat on our website Monday through Friday and during the business hours, 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm EST
All contiguous 48 States are included in our delivery coverage map and at this time and we are not able to fulfill any orders destined to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
Please note due to the carriers guidelines we do not ship to PO/APO Boxes and need a physical address. We also cannot take responsibility for the on time delivery of packages due to weather-delays or any other delays due to carriers scheduling issues.
A Handling Fee of $3.95 Will Be Added to All Orders Under $35.00
For orders already in transit any destination address change will result in a $16.00 intercept/correction fee. The same charges are also applicable to any incorrect shipping or PO Box addresses.
